Who is NORDYNE?

NORDYNE is the leading Manufactured Housing HVAC manufacturer of Miller and Intertherm Brand products.

What is the Reach For The Stars Rewards program?

Reach For The Stars Rewards is a rewards based program created with the retailer in mind. It rewards retailers with fabulous travel opportunities for purchasing quality NORDYNE products that come with the home and from participating NORDYNE distributors.

Who can participate in the program?

Retailers (or Dealers) who sell Manufactured Housing.

How does the program work?

The retailer purchases a manufactured home and requests NORDYNE furnaces and fireplaces from his manufacturer. When any of these NORDYNE products are included in the home the retailer can go on-line and claim their points for those products.

How do I get signed up for the program?

Retailers can signup online using the register button on the home page. (RFTSRewards.com)

What if I have multiple locations?

Sign them up as a secondary location if you want to be able to roll your points up from all locations into one large group.

What rewards are offered?

Exciting trip destinations are currently offered. NORDYNE has surveyed over 2000 retailers to get their opinions on what else could be offered and we also have an online survey. Please take a few moments to give us your opinions @ RFTSRewards.com. The surveys will help determine what direction our rewards program will take in the future.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Contact the Help Desk for any Internet site issues (1-888-446-3221)

What about products that I have purchased in the past?

You can submit claims for points on any product purchase after September 30, 2006. Products purchased prior to this date may be submitted and will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Can I sign up additional users?

Yes. Select "Manage Account" on the left navigation, and then select "add users."

Do I have to buy NORDYNE products exclusively to participate?

No. You can earn points on the NORDYNE products you do purchase, but you do not have to buy only NORDYNE products to participate. However, purchasing NORDYNE products exclusively will allow you to earn more points faster.

When do the points expire?

Points last for two years. The points you start earning this program year (2006/2007 program year starts October 1) will last until the end of program year 2007/2008.

What happens to points that expire?

Expired points are no longer available to use towards the trips or other rewards.

How can I get additional points?

Reach For The Stars Rewards is a rewards based program created with the retailer in mind. It rewards retailers with fabulous travel opportunities for purchasing quality NORDYNE products that come with the home and from participating NORDYNE distributors.

What is a NORDYNE distributor?

A NORDYNE Distributor is defined as an HVAC distributor that sells NORDYNE products. You can select the Distributor in your area when you enroll in Reach for the Stars Rewards @ RFTSRewards.com.

Why do I need to select a sponsoring distributor?

A sponsoring distributor is required for establishing a reservation for travel. Our distributors help identify our requirements to ensure 1st class travel. A retailer must have a sponsoring distributor.

What are pending points?

Pending Points are bonus points that must be approved by the distributor from which you purchased the product. Bonus and Pending points are for a special program and are only an option for some retailers.

Why don’t I have prior year points in my profile?

Prior year points will not show up between October and December when the points are “rolled over”. During that time all points are shown as current year.

When does the program year start/end?

The last weekend in September is the end of the program year. Claims must be submitted by this weekend in order for them to apply to this program year. (Claims submitted after this weekend will apply towards the next program year).

When can I submit a claim for my points?

Points can be submitted at any time. If the purchase date of the product is before Oct. 1, 2006 and the claim is submitted prior to this same date, then these points are for year and will show as prior year points (once points are rolled in December). If the purchase date was after October and the claim was submitted after this date then these points will be current year points until December of 2007.

What if I miss the October 1st cutoff date?

Any claim submitted after the October 1st cutoff date will be accepted if the purchase date was after August 1 of that same year. Claims submitted after October 1st with a purchase date prior to August 1st are subject to review for acceptance or denial of claim. If accepted, the points will be put in the current program year, in denied there will be no points for that claim.
